Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options tailored for audio equipment protection:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and signature confirmation
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided:

  • Products are unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging is undamaged
  • All accessories and documentation are present

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain performance standards, these items cannot be returned if opened:

  • Products with removed serial numbers or tampered warranty seals

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation of original condition

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely repackage using all original materials. Include all accessories and mark the RMA number clearly on the exterior. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
After inspection (3-5 business days after receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange with email confirmation.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your audio equipment arrives damaged:

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using the original packaging materials designed specifically for your audio equipment. For high-value items like amplifiers and floorstanding speakers, consider additional insurance for return shipping.
