Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Please note:

  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging must be undamaged
  • All included accessories and documentation must be present

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and performance standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Audio Cables & Coaxial Cables (opened packaging)
  • Aux Cables (opened packaging)
  • Any products with removed serial numbers or tampered warranty seals

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number clearly visible on the exterior. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days after delivery), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium audio equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive expedited replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude original import duties/taxes where applicable

We recommend using the original packaging materials designed specifically for your audio equipment. For high-value items like amplifiers and floorstanding speakers, consider additional insurance for return shipping.
