Bigger, Stronger

The BR03 is the larger of the two active bookshelf speakers in the Triangle Borea range. With a bigger cabinet, bigger woofers and an expanded dynamic range, express your favourite music with optimised and more powerful audio. The addition of a dual ported bass reflex design alludes to the energy of larger speakers in the range, whilst still being compact enough to fit on your side cabinet or deep shelves.

Quick and simple to set up, the Triangle BR03 Active speakers make high quality home audio feel easy.

These speakers give you direct control from handheld Bluetooth devices and a plethora of physical sources, featuring RCA (Line / Phono), 3.5mm aux, optical and coaxial inputs. Experience aptX HD low latency content with sampling rates up to 24-bit/48kHz and an overall better wireless fidelity thanks to Bluetooth 5.0.

The Boreal BR03 Active Bookshelf Speakers also include a remote control with bass, treble and volume control, operational from up to 15m away. Sit back and listen to your favourite tracks just the way you like them.

Express your music in more ways than one

Sharing in the same design philosophy as the rest of the series, the cabinet is constructed from durable HDF and is internally braced by a DVAS (Driver Vibration Absorption System), diminishing overall resonance and promoting harmonic music quality. The BR03 has also been released in five truly unique finishes, ranging from modestly modern to bold centre-pieces with a retro flair.

Designed to fill the room

The next generation of Borea, all the speakers in this range have been fitted with EFS (Efficient Flow System) enabled tweeters. With a basic foundation made from a 25mm silk dome, the system has been implemented to widen the listening sweet spot. In combination with a partial horn loading, details remain crisps whilst being transitioned into the wider room. Along with a range of components that promote handling, you can rely on the BR03 to diffuse tonally expressive high frequencies and effortless crossover.

Cellulose driver, Realistic tonality

The midrange single midrange driver featured in the Borea BR03 Active speaker borrows from innovations of the higher Triangle Esprit EZ range. Crafted from a cellulose paper membrane, the midrange is imbued with a definitive natural presence and a smoother dynamic range, without surface treatment. In addition to the rear bass reflex design of the cabinet, the driver is able to push deeper and deliver an impressive frequency response.

Home Cinema

By connecting the Triangle BR03 Active speakers to your TV, Blu-ray player or games console via the digital optical or coaxial inputs and introducing an external subwoofer to the sub pre-out, these speakers are capable of becoming your compact 2.1 speaker configuration, providing an easy all-in-one alternative to in-built TV screen speakers.
